Harold D. Penney, 85, of Burleson, passed away Monday, Aug. 1, 2016.
Graveside services were Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, at Marystown Cemetery.
Harold was born Nov. 25, 1930, in Covington to Paul and Nellie Mae (Fuqua) Penney. He was the oldest of six children. Harold married Frances Price in 1957. They had two daughters, Vanessa Kay and Donna Fay. Harold retired from Safeway after 31 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances; daughter, Donna Roys; and brothers, Fred, Donald Ray and James Roy.
Survivors include his daughter, Vanessa Veanueva; five grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Casselman and Clay Dean Penney; and other family members and friends.
