Bill Shehorn, 77, of Cleburne, Texas, passed away Monday, Sept. 5, 2016, in Fort Worth, Texas.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ben Hill Jones, David Guinn, Lonnie Holliday, Tommy Dodge, Gary Whites and Paul Woodall.
Bill was born in Temple, Texas, on April 27, 1939, the son of Lorena (Hutchinson) and Benson Shehorn. He was a retired conductor with Santa Fe Railroad and was a member of Field Street Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Glenda.
Survivors include his wife, Cecilia Shehorn, of Cleburne; sons, Monte Shehorn and Mark Shehorn, both of Burleson, Texas, and Matthew Shehorn and wife, Kelly, of Arlington, Texas; daughter, Melody Norrell and husband, Rick, of Burleson; sister, Shirley Shehorn, of Cleburne; grandchildren, Casey Norrell and wife, Taylor, Cody Norrell and wife, Ashley, Madison Shehorn, Jacob Shehorn, Hannah Norrell, Landyn Shehorn and Lathyn Shehorn; great-grandchildren, Kellan, Kallee, and Kole Norrell; and many other family members and friends.
