She was generous and giving of her time, putting others before self. Roberta was a great listener and gave sage advice. She was a devoted Christian, who worked tirelessly for her church community. Roberta was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was known as the card lady, making sure everyone she knew received birthday cards to celebrate their life. Roberta was the local chauffeur for many of her friends. She took them to doctor appointments, grocery shopping and running them about town for errands. Roberta taught her family and friends by example, how to be a kind and caring person.
She was an avid rock hound, a Stamp Collector, coin collector and Birdwatcher. Roberta loved watching birds on her property and doing the research to identify them. She was an avid reader and she loved to travel.
Family was a priority and a source of joy for Roberta. Spending time with her children and grandchildren always brought a smile to her face. We have lost a beautiful soul. She will be greatly missed.
