Jack was born February 21, 1955, the first son of John J. O'Brien III and Isabel V. O'Brien, he passed into the arms of Jesus, Sunday, November 11, 2018.
The service celebrating his life is 10 a.m. Thursday, November 15, 2018, at Open Door Church, 301 S. Dobson St., Burleson, Texas, 76028.

Jack played the guitar and worked construction. He was blessed with a wonderful sense of humor, was outgoing, and made friends quickly. Jack loved to make people laugh. His brothers were his best friends and he loved his family. Jack was a Christian and loved the Lord and tried to save the world.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Isabel O'Brien; and brother, Michael O'Brien.
Survivors include sisters, MaryAnn Zevchak and husband, Z-Man, Joan Beth and husband, Bill, Erin Urbanek and husband, Rick, and Kathleen Hester and husband, Scott; brothers, Mark O'Brien and wife, Melody, and James O'Brien; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
